RETURNS POLICY
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ollapareg.com. Once your request has been approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by us. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@ollapareg.com: we will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, regardless of the reason:
- personalised or made-to-order products
- personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- gift cards
If you have any questions about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us before purchasing.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the one you received and, once the return has been approved, place a new separate order. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU REGULATIONS)
In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in the Italian Consumer Code), if you are a consumer residing in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. This right is in addition to our extended 30-day return policy.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Products listed in the "Non-Returnable Items" section above are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be credited within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@ollapareg.com.
