Please review your order carefully before submitting it. In the event of a refused, modified or cancelled order, we will notify you via the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time of the order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns Policy, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights provided by European consumer protection legislation, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
You represent and warrant that you are purchasing for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is submitted, as shown in the order confirmation email. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Olla Pareg, including any damages or losses arising from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from purchases made with Olla Pareg.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Olla Pareg's liability for damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the non-waivable rights recognised to consumers under applicable Italian and European law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Olla Pareg, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, merchants, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claims. We may control the defence and settlement of such claims at your expense, but will not settle claims requiring non-monetary obligations on your part without your consent.

These Terms and Conditions of Service are governed by Italian law and, for consumers resident in the European Union, by the mandatory provisions of applicable European consumer protection law.
For consumers, the competent court for any dispute is the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, as provided by Italian and European consumer protection legislation. For customers who do not qualify as consumers, the court of Monza shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
